Could be a messed up intake manifold gasket. I think there's Coolant going through it at the front? Otherwise I'd say head gasket. Coolant comes out while running or just filling it up with coolant?

So it like splashes out while it's running? Cause, like, there's air going IN the carb with it running. It must have some serious pressure to be coming out while there's air going in. And even then, It's got to be going in the engine as well. Something bad wrong here.

So I'm not even sure how the engine is running if there is coolant shooting out the carb. The carb is the air and fuel INTO the engine to keep it running. If there's coolant coming OUT of the carb that means there's pressure pushing air (and coolant) OUT where air and fuel are going IN. Just to clarify there is coolant coming out the throat of the carb? Like you take the air cleaner off and there's coolant coming out where you look down into the throat of the carb? You're sure it's coolant? I could see it being fuel if an exhaust rocker arm had broke and wasn't opening the exhaust valve and then when the intake valve opened it pushed the exhaust out the intake. (Had that happen to me in high school on my early bronco after a rebuild where the nuts that held down the rockers came loose and the rocker moved off the valve.) But coolant is another story entirely. The guy that put it together needs to take it back apart and find out what's going on because this looks like a few of the laws of physics are being broken here. Maybe post a video of whats happening?
