1989 4runner
I bought a 1989 Toyota 4runner with a 22re motor. it starts and seems to run ok but all the engine emission have been stripped off and I was told its running in "safe mode"..... its lacking some power but I want it to run really good. do I need to have any of the emission hooked up? or how do I get it to run better without the emissions? anything will help.
