1988 Toyota 22re

My 22re is pumping gas into my block and flooding the motor out so it won't start. I pulled the cold start injector and that seems to not be the problem, I also applied compressed air to the pressure regulator and that sounded like it was opening and closing.. I was wondering what to check next, I heard possible the relay in the glove box area, but after reading more on that I'm not sure if that would cause my injectors to stay open and allow gas through. .

Test you're cold start injector time switch. There should be the specs around here somewhere. Also test your temp sensor, the one the ECU uses, to see if the computer is thinking your always cold and need more fuel. This is located right next to the time switch under the thermostat.
