1988 3.0 auto need help pls knock sensor? Ps I’ve searched

Sorry I’ve tried search cause I don’t wanna be “that guy” asking the same questions as 50 different people but can’t seem to see anything that’s like my problem or may be I’m not searching the right problem(right book wrong chapter) so here goes by the way thanks guys!!

I bought a 88 Toyota truck auto v6 4x4 extcab from my boss ac works $1000 one owner every receipt from 1988to present on maintenance over $23,000 spent on it since 88 well maintained truck I been driving it for month or so now and all the sudden I started losing power then it ran fine the next day then the next day same thing losing power, now literally it won’t hardly pull it self out the driveway it kind of pops and spudders when you give it throttle in gear you can put it to the floor and it almost dies like dead pedal and it won’t get out of its on way, but in neutral it seems to rev smoother and maybe more responsive pedal.....
- right before I bought it head gaskets were replaced
new cap, button, wires and plugs not sure if knock sensor and pig tail was done though
- a buddy had a new coil we tried but no better
-checked timing its good
-replaced fuel filter
- I also pulled three codes 11 power supply, 41 TPS, 52 knock sensor but knock sensor is the only one that’s came back a couple time
-sprayed carb cleaner to check for leaks

im leaning towards replacing knock sensor but won’t some advise before I pull it in the shop and tackle that

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Don't disregard that code 11, if the ECU isn't getting good steady power and ground you can't trust anything it does or tells you.

52 will retard timing but it's not going to turn it into a brick.

..ignoring all of that how old is the catalytic converter, maybe it's melted and plugged. A quick test is to drop the intermediate pipe at the cross over iirc on the vze's. This is going to muck with the fuel trims but will tell you right away if the exhaust is plugged.

I unbolted the cat last night and welded 2 flanges to a piece of pipe and put it in place of the cat to see if it made a difference and no difference was made So the I took the motor mount off on the drive side close to the fire wall, drilled and tapped it put an OEM knock sensor there and Plugged the new pig tail to it and it seems to have helped with the buckle bucking it was doing when I gave it throttle before but still significantly low on power considering what it had before
