Is this normal wear or is the new one too tall?

 

i wouldn't expect that the old one would be compressed that much from wear?? if anything the rubber would be broken off of the metal, i'd try getting the correct height.

Yes the wording is odd. I actually thought that they posted 2wd/rwd because most people don't realize rwd mean 4x2

Problem is these are the right part # so its really hard to find the corrct one..haha.
it list rte 4runner that only come 4x4 that was pretty much what i was going off of.

I cant find much info which brought me to the conclusion they will fit.... humm...I hope.
