$100 for an regular battery?

Ok after 10 years, my 4runner's battery finally gave up the ghost and I was shocked at how much batteries have gone up. After all I only paid about $70 for the last one. I got a 7 year 650 battery from Advanced Auto for $100.

Dropped $120 on a deep cycle battery for my bass boat. I feel your pain.

The absolute BEST bang for buck I've found in batteries is the yellow MAXX-1 battery that WalMart sells. $75 & an 8 year warranty. I've had 5 on various vehicles. The last one I had my my truck went 5 years & started going; they replaced it for $25.
