Where Does This Guard/Bracket Go????

Where Does This Guard/Bracket Go????
Hello. Trying to figure out where this bracket goes on the frame? I have a base 85 pickup. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know what region of the trucknit came off of?
Im installing a rebuilt engine right now and cleaned most of the engine bay by hand. I don’t remember seeing anything like that but to me it looks like a part that would hold a cable or hose in place. Sometimes grooves like that are stamped in to create structural strength but doesn’t seem likely being that there is only one mounting hole.
ill take a look around my ‘84 2wd drive tomorrow.
