skyjacker or rough country

I am going to buy my first lift for my 85 4runner. I do not have to much money to spend that is why I am choseing a cheaper lift. So, my question is which lift do you think is better skyjacker or a rough country lift. They are about the same price, so give me your ideas anything will help.

Save your money and buy Marlin or OME when you can.

I agree...I went with Rough country and needless to say I wish I would have waited. At the time i did not know of the RUF and chevy springs. DO a littel research save some money and have amore capable rig.

You will be happier.

Welcome to YT...

I would not get either one. Like others mentioned, save your money.

Why do it twice? Keep searching on YT and other forums, doing a little work (searching, googling) and you will soon learn what works and what doesn't work.

if you look at the top of many folders you will find threads that are 'stickied' at the top of the folders, they are there because they have good info and they don't get buried after a couple of weeks. Many of them have frequently asked questions and answers for members use.

A lot of your questions you may have had been answered before, feel free to ask them here NewBie Tech

Good Luck!
