I've got an '85 straight axle 4x4, and I used the Camo method to replace the inner axle seals. All has gone well so far, but I can't get the knuckle back on the ball. The bearings on top of the ball keep popping off and I can't slide the knuckle all the way on. That sucker if pretty heavy. Watched a youtube by wheelie Pete, but when he puts the knuckle back on, he axle has not been replaced. Any suggestions for a newbie?
