rear brake help

lost pressure in back breaks after putting in locker. . when i bolt the line into the backing plate i cant bleed them. when the are un bolted i can get fluid to come out one side. but not the other. im wondering if the bolt that the line goes into that connects to the drum had a o ring or anything that is getting crushed possibly when its tightend. also i just found gear oil all over the back of my rim. but its not everywhere inside the drum. what could cause that, bad wheel bearing?

lack of being able to bleed could be caused by clogged bleeder valve. I always have mud or crud in mine. I just take them out, hand feed the appropriate size drill bit into the valve and twist and clean. then brake cleaner it all out. The gear oil inside your wheel is prob from bad axle seal from when you nicked it putting the axle back in...

Some guys will say put a bleeder valve cap on the bleeder when you are finished. Mine always get knocked off, or fall off, or dry rot off, or somebody steals them...

About the gear oil, +1 for dinged axle end seal. And/or clogged breather.
