radiator support advice

radiator support advice
I T-boned a deer doin about 60 last night. I been savin up for a rebuild with crawler cam and header but i guess the funds will go elsewhere now. How do i go about fixin that radiator support?
If you look closely you can see where the welded nut holdin the bumper on pulled right through the crossmember
