Stu--that earlier bed looks great on there. Did you need spacers to fit those Tacoma wheels?
Here's the 1985 4runner with a 1988 Four Seasons camper. The 4runner has the W56, a LockRight in the back and 4:1 low range. Suspension is mostly OME but with original rear springs augmented with AALs, helpers and longer shackles. 22RE runs a hydroxy "smack booster" in the summer time...it's a hybrid! The finish is Rustoleum gloss white from rattle cans.
Before the camper was painted.

I actually just ground my tie rod ends a bit where the wheels were rubbing. I'm sure some might cringe at the idea. I did however just get some trail gear spacers for 50$ off craigs that I'm going to put on to make things right.
Diggin the camper, I would love one of those. I am a bit sad to see the old 80s striping go off the camper tho. Just jealous.

New Shoes
Well I put some new shoes on the Runner last week thanks to my buddy who is also a member on here.
We swapped out tires on our rigs. My Trxus sts were better for him on the road since he drives a ton more than I do. So Gave him Five of them for the Set of General Grabber Red Letters.
I really love the look of them so far.
Well enough Talk here and the Pics

This is my 85 xtra cab. I found this truck in a guys yard last october being used as a halloween prop. It was covered in hay bails all rusty and looked like a heap of ˟˟˟˟. (To the untrained eye that is). I stole it for $600. Has 194k 22re was all original. I replaced the bed, sandblasted the frame, replaced fenders, then sanded primed painted and cleared the truck with duplicolor DIY. Added some bfg all terrains, a 4inch rough country lift and this is how she sits today.
