Oil Leak 22RE

I have a small oil leak I'm trying to figure out. Replaced the gasket for the rear cylinder head plate to find out that only coolant goes through there. I'm thinking and hoping that the leak is coming from the rear half moon gasket below the valve cover. I'm going to use some RTV silicone gasket to seal it up. It's rated for 500 deg will that be good?

Thanks

get a new gasket set for 15bucks at autozone. And use rtv on the corners of the half moons.

The rebuild only has 3000 miles on it. Do I still need to replace or just seal.
