kinda a sad day had to let the runner go. traded it for an 88 p/u with a new motor new tires 4 inch lift he guy also threw in an 83 solid axle complete hub to hub. an 9000lb winch- a tool box, an cb with dual whips.. gonna miss the flex of my sfa not gonna miss working on it daily.

 

so your going to sas it, with the 83 axle?

 

everyone says there gonna sas there rig. im not sure if i wanna do it to the truck or get another 4runner and do it to that.

 

I know how you feel. My wife asks me occasionally to get rid of my well worn 84 I bought in 85, about the same time we started dating. she thinks it looks ugly in the back of the driveway. I tell her "I'll get rid of you before that truck"! That'll shut her up! She IS jealous of it.

yea i liked my 79 solid axle pu too, now i like my 88 xtra cab better- more room+comfort guess i'm spoiled now lol
