next up on the project list: new headliner new bucket seats

First off, does anyone know of a good place to get some quality headliner. Preferably a big square of it that I can cut down myself.

As for the seats, I had read on the forum somewhere there are some newer toyota seats that swap in almost directly, anyone know which ones these are?

Anyone know about the bench seat for the 4runner? Any replacements for it?

The 4Runner headliner has stiffening ribs integral to the fabric (or glued on very tightly!). At least my 85 Deluxe, no sunroof 4Runner does. Not sure what you would do about that if you just bought material.

If you remove your dome light you can see what I'm talking about.

The rear bench can be replaced by the individual fold-down SR5 rear seats. I bought a set and they bolt right in. The seat belts are different and you need the side panels that have a place for the seat belts. I bought seats, seat belts and side panels from the same source.

I got my headliner material off of ebay. It was a good price and turned out really nice. I did it on my '86 Jeep Cherokee. Just cut it down to the right size and it worked great!

Here's a link: DGECO FOAM AND FABRIC
