My first project/rust question...

My first project/rust question...
Picked this up Tuesday for $1k. 1985 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Ex. Cab, EFI, 212k miles, 8" w/ 4.30's, automatic 
As far as I know it needs:
*Radiator
*Shocks [front and rear]
*Leaf springs [front and rear]
*Door pins [driver side]
*E-brake work
[Sorry for the crappy cell pics]
Not too shabby for $1k IMO. She's no looker but all the important parts are there. So my plans for the weekend now include cleaning the garbage out of the bed, replacing the radiator, changing all of the fluids, replacing the battery, removing the bed and sealing some rust.
Which brings me to my first question, what is a good rust sealant that I can pick up at a local auto parts store like Napa, Advance, etc.?
Needless to say, the wife isn't too happy about this
