My 95 4runner restoration project

Greetings from Texas to all members. I have a 1995 Toyota 4runner 3.0 6 cyl. I am wanting to do a complete restoration on this model. I probably should have held out for a 96 model that you can use a scanner to diagnose with.
However that being said it was hard to pass on this one. The interior looks brand new. I did have to install a remanufactured engine from ATK North America. Don't know if they have a good reputation or not...hope so!
I would appreciate anybody sharing information on where I can buy some parts / products for this. The local Toyota dealer is so high in prices, plus the fact it is getting harder and harder to find parts for a 1st generation 4runner each day. Thanks for any suggestions. I would appreciate it!

your best bet is to find a junkyard for parts and your 95 is a 2nd gen. have fun with the restore.

I've got a 2nd gen that I'm doing some minor restoration on. Would love to hear about anything you've done in the last 6 years, blueaussie.
