i have a bad miss that seems to only be there up to about 2500rpm holding the throttle steady. if i accelerate and im under a load it wont miss. im also getting like 16mpg which is a bit annoying. thanks for any help

 

check your cap & rotor - that RPM is where I had my miss & it was the cap & rotor

 

also could be the fuel filter

 

i got the truck a few weeks ago i dont know exactly what tune up work was done but ill throw in a fuel filter,cap, rotor and spark plugs. thanks for the suggestions

 

have to agree with elton ,fuel filter should do the trick.Good luck
