Hi all. I've been trying to find out how I can get a good diesel eng. in my 85 4x4. I want to run SVO. I don't believe I can get a Hilux eng here in the states. I was wondering maybe since isuzu is gm's sister company if I could get the B H adaptor kit and make this happen. Maybe the ford adaptor for like a new holland eng or something. I would just like to match the torque of say a chevy 4.3. Could I possibly use a generator, marine, or even skid steer eng? All I have seen is the diesel swaps for the Land Cruisers.
