stock, without a doubt. unless you want to attach a coffee can to your exhaust, but then you'd have to inform your parents that you are gay and they will never have grand children.

What are you talking about, first of all dont be so negative. How do you like it when people slam your creativity. And there is adoption and test tube babies and these days, anything is possible

I would say stay stock but clean and polish them up with a good quality plastic cleaner... Plexus is an excellent plastic cleaner as is Prist arcrylic cleanser but they can be hard to find try your local airport FBO for these products... believe it or not Pledge polish/cleaner actually does a great job cleaning and bringing up a shine on Plastic but can lead to a residue build up...

Stock, I'm with the you'll have to admit to your mom you're gay sort of thing, put a high school kid muffler on with a chrome tip exhaust and don't forget about spinners.

Nah dude, that strictly applies to early-nineties Honda and Acuras.

I can dig the smoked out tailights. The layer of "tint" doesn't look very consistent though. And... they'd look better on a black truck. If you're truck was black, I'd be yay. But considering the stock appearance, I'd say stock tailights.

And as far as coffee can mufflers go... they sound like junk, but it's a cheap way to reduce back pressure (and not all of us can afford Flowmaster). What the Honda-ricing high school kids don't get is that it takes more than free-flowing exhaust and a purple cone to build a race car (but again, that takes money. I was smart enough to substitute that with displacement).

On a more constructive note, your truck has perked a couple interests.

1) Who makes the light bar and can I still get one?
2) What year is your truck? I have a blue 84 xtracab and have a few specific questions...
3) Can you post a picture of the front of your truck?

Yeah stock. That's a nice truck, by the way. No license plate light laws in Utah?

Its on his tailgate.
Please don't tell me California has another gay law that controls where you mount your license plate.

BTW, I don't like my tube bumper having an ugly license plate in front of it... so it sits in a box. Here's to you California

Several, if not all, states have traffic laws requiring that the rear license plate be illuminated.

Oregon law is illuminated plate, visible from a distance, I'm not sure what, it's been awhile since I took the license test, but I remember something from it saying that your rear license plate had to be illuminated.
