girgling sound when I press accelerator

I just replaced the head gasket, put on a new head (old was cracked), replaced the timing chain and some various other things. Here is the issue:

Everything seems to be running fine now, but when i press on the accelerator i hear a girgling noise. It does not do this at idle though, only when I go to take off and when i'm just typically driving around the block. I'm not sure what it is.

The only thing I have left to do is to set the timing, which i'm not 100% sure how to do yet, but i adjusted the dist. so that it idles pretty smoothly (haven't done it w/a light yet).

Any ideas on the noise? Thanks

Its probably air in your heater core caused by low coolant. I've had many rigs do that...no heat at idle, rev the engine to take off or just start driving and there's the gurgling sound and heat comes back. Filling the radiator and the overflow took care of it for me every time.

yeah i came back and noticed that there was a little less coolant in my reservoir. I'm hopin that's the case. I've put 2 gallons in the radiator after tearing the engine apart.
