Question EFI Question

I Have A 22re That I Cannot Get Started. Please Help With Any Ideas !
Truck Was Running Then Tore Up The Crank. Unbolted Head And Intake Rolled To The Side And Replaced Block. Put Everything Back Together And Motor Turns Over But Will Not Start!
Checked All Wires, Grounds, And Connectors. I Have Fire To The Plugs, Gas To The Injectors. The Injectors Are Not Opening. I Have Replaced The Circuit Opening Relay And A New Computer. Injectors Are Getting Power But No Ground After Engine Is Being Cranked.

check to see if your stock alarm system/killswitch thingie is turning on with out you knowing. or see if you have one. i didnt know i had one until my truck wouldnt start and i had to take it out and rewire it to bypass and never had to worry about it since

the computer grounds the injectors to fire them, if its not getting the signal from the dist/igniter, then it wont fire, are you sure you plugged everything back up, especially the 3 wire harness that goes from the igniter over to the passenger side
