Door panel Question

Door panel Question
I have all the parts I need to convert my truck from power windows to manual windows except the new interior door panels. I just found a set, but they are for a truck with vent windows and my truck does not have vent windows.
Can anybody tell me if there is a difference in the interior door panels based on vent vs. non vent?

I'm guessing if you have a FSM (Factory Service Manual) in the Body Section if there are differences between Single Cab, Ex-Cab, etc...they would be listed.
I have an 85 4runner (manual windows). I do not have vent windows. My FSM only uses one image when describing removal/install of door panels/window.
I am guessing the panels on an 85 Ex-Cab is the same door as the 4runner (Not positive on that though).
I would hope the inside of the door (under the panel) is the same regardless, so the kit will work. Worst case scenario is you take off your existing panels, put the manual kit in, re-seal with some heavy-duty drop cloth (I use 2mil plastic), take basic measurements of orientations (or make a cardboard template) and then compare to new panels before purchase.
You can use several pieces of cardboard if the handles/knobs are a hassle to cut. Tape those pieces together to make the full template and then trace onto a larger piece of cardboard.
I just tore my door panels open to lubricate everything. Be carefull when pulling the panels away from the door. Those plastic 'grommetts' or whatever could be dry-rot and then the anel won;t have all the contact points. Can still go in but not perfect. I should probably find some in a junkyard or find them somewhere but I only had 3 go out and i just rearranged them for the best fit.
Good luck.
And +1 to swapping for manual window kit.
