Anybody come up with a center console that fits between the bucket seats other than the factory plastic that disintegrates. Need a couple of them. One 4 my 84 2wd and my 86 4wd. Looked through both Tuffy Products and Smitty built----not finding anything that is not grossly oversized. A locking metal security one would be nice

 

I installed a Wagan cooler/heater in my 4runner. Perfect size to fit between the seats.





I can use it as the cooler/heater it is or, more frequently, as a center console…
Having the cup holders is nice too..

 

 

I've heard the Tuffy console for a Suzuki Samurai fits in First Gens. I'm thinking about going that route, but not sure how it will fit with my dual t-cases. Kinda defeats the purpose if it's pushed back to far to also be an arm rest.
