Bizarre oil leak / Any input?

I have an unusual oil leak ,it is from the upper part of the timing cover, cant really see it, but I can feel the hole, so a picture is about impossible, I'm gonna try with a snap-on scope soon. I can feel what seems like a weep hole on a small round tube casting area up near the head in the center. I thought the head gasket was leaking , but after several wipedowns and reving it up for a minute or two I could see oil running down . I'm tempted to jb weld it and see what happens.

I have always seemed to have a leak around the top of the timing cover back in the corner. I tried the jb weld thing. Only works if you can get all of the oil cleaned off, and I mean CLEAN. Impossible so i gave up. One day I will have to tear it down and I'll fix it then.

Take off your valve cover and check that invisible bolt near the front left corner
