back lash in transfer case, how much acceptable?
I've removed my rear axle the other day and was checking the u-joints and noticed there was some backlash in the transfer case. How much is normal/acceptable?
The reason I ask is because when I give it a little gas from a stand still there is a clunking noise. Just thinking that maybe that would be the culprit.
