Aluminum Wheel Lug Nuts

Found a set of factory aluminum wheels off of a 1992 4Runner at the local junkyard. They must of had years of brake dust on them but they were solid. I have cleaned them up and would like to get them mounted and on the pickup. There were no lug nuts with the rims when I picked them up. I have gone to the local parts store twice and ordered two different sets of lug nuts and neither of them fit. The last set I got was a chrome lug nut (M12-1.5) with washer it fit the wheel but when tightened down the wheel is loose.

What is the correct lug nut to put a factory Toyota aluminum whel on my 1990 DLX 22RE Pickup?

there are 3 basic types of lugniuts. Mag lugs, acorn lugs, and a combination of the 2 commonly referred to as macorn lugs. Most wheels i have seen have used the 3rd style, which will be flat on the end near the threads, but rounded above that.
