85 4rnr Rear seat cover plate?

So, I hear a rumor and that rumor is that there is a "cover plate" that will go over the rear seat well to make the back of the 4runner passenger models like the utility models. If this true and if so does anyone know who makes them or where they can be fetched?

I would prefer getting something already made as I am already making far to much stuff from scratch and frankly don't have any more time to spare on the thing.

Thanx

The rumor is correct. They do exist, but good luck getting one.
The are stock factory pieces. Very few were produced.

Read here: http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthrea...=4runner+cargo

The first generation 4Runner was available in two models. The first was little more than a pickup truck with a covered rear cargo area. Its emphasis was on utility. With seats in the front only, the rear of the vehicle was intended to be used for cargo (or camping equipment, bicycles, etc.)

I've seen only one on E-bay and that was a year ago. They are pretty rare.
