Theres a 1984 Pickup with a 22R, and when one turns the key off from inside, the truck keeps running. It's not dieseling, it's running as if you never shut it off.

Anybody have any ideas as to what is causing this? The guy who I'm buying it from told me it could be the starter contacts. I think he's right, but I wanted to see if anyone here has had similar problems, or some suggestions to finding the problem.
