4Runner Alloy Rim Lug Nut Type? Conical v. Flanged

I'm trying to locate some alloy rims, 15x7JJ(10), with the countersunk lug nut holes that have steel inserts on the face that mates w/ the conical lug nuts.
Somebody stole the spare tire on our 1992 Land Cruiser, and I'm trying to locate one that will work with conical lug nuts. Are there any years of 4Runners that have the alloy wheels with the reinforced seats for conical lug nuts?

I located a 4Runner/Mini Truck/T100 rim that looked the same, but upon closer inspection it requires flanged lug nuts. The casting says 15x7JJ-8, v. 15x7JJ(10) on the OE Cruiser wheel, and says OFFSET 8 in the casting as well, whereas the Cruiser rim doesn't say anything about offset. What is the significance of these castings?

Here's the basic appearance of the wheel:

All of the 4Runner/truck alloys I have seen require the flanged nuts. Sounds like you need to find a cruiser wheel.

you'll have to find one from an early 80 series the 16" wheels from 94-97 use flanged nuts.
