22RE re-assembly..Quick Question....

I am re-assembling the 22re on 1985 4Runner and it has been awhile since I took apart and theres something I have forgotten. Can I put the upper and lower intake on before I put the wiring harness on? Or do I need to do it at the same time?

having the upper separated from the lower makes it easier to install injectors, fuel rail and wiring, since the wiring passes through the lower to give connections to the starter, oil pressure switch and knock sensor (if equipped)
