22r intake manifold coolant leak

I noticed a coolant leak coming from the side of the intake manifold. I stated undong some bolts to see if i could get to the problem. I ended up taking out what I think (or Pretty sure) is the water temp. sensor. but the I dont thin that is where the leak was at. Dose the bottom of the Intake manifold come apart???? that looks to be where the leak is at.

There are coolant passages in the intake manifold. If torquing the bolts down doesn't help, you probably need to get a new gasket in there (between the manifold and head).

on the 22r with carb there is a plate on the underside of the intake manifold that is fed coolant from the backside of the timimg cover. either hose or gasket is leaking.

The leak seems to be coming from the side away from the engine. I took a small bolt out that seemed to be holding nothing and put soe gasket sealer areound it. I think it may have slowed the leak. I just cant figure out why there is a bolt that is there with no purpose. It seems to go all the way though to the inside. Kind of like it is a drain plug.
