1985 22RE TPS connector

I've searched through the threads on TPS info till I can't see straight but have not found what I am looking for. I have a 1985 1 ton pickup, 22RE, 5 speed. I am needing the 4 pin connector for the TPS as the one on the vehicle is pretty much decayed and no longer makes a good connection.
Does anyone know of a source for them or is my best bet hitting a junk yard? I'm not sure if this will fix all the problems with the truck but you got to start somewhere.
Thanks in advance for any help that is provided. Great forum, thanks to all who post as the wealth of info on this site has been extremely helpful in diagnosing and fixing problems.

Don

Toyota sells the plastic connector part (female) with a pin and splice kit. You will need to solder the new wires and pins to your existing harness. I would say this is your best bet, but if the connector kit is discontinued, junk yard hunting time!

Found a like new connector at a junk yard. Wiring color was different but the plug the same. After rewiring it and getting a couple of loose plugs on injectors, temp and knock sensor, and fixing leaks in the pipe from the throttle body to AFM, the thing is actually starting to come to life. No trouble codes anymore. Onward to other things.
Thanks.

Bringing the thread back from the dead! Anybody know where to source a tps connector for an 85 22RE? Junk yards have nothing in my area.

or what would be a good sealant to use to stick em together?

I was having some idle issues and found my TPS was faulty so I replaced it. I have it adjusted and in spec according to 4crawler and the FSM. She runs great when warm - steady idle and good power. But when cold she stumbles low and will hardly, if at all, stay running.

This is makes me think my IACV is acting up. I'll start working on that tomorrow but this question is driving me nuts:

Could a faulty TPS hide an IACV that was also faulty?
