I'll post up some HD video of a recent 0-60 run on one of our turbo diesel Toyota conversions. Makes the v6 look even sadder than it is!

My 89 4runner did 0-60 in 8 sec with my 79 chev dually built 454 pushing it.

You can keep up with a semi? Must be one of those 300 horse economy models. 2 guys and camping gear for a week in my 85 and semis will leave me in the dust. I have seriously run entire tanks of gas through it without ever removing my foot from the floorboard. I seriously don't have the patience to time a run to 60 in it.

A friend has a 87 with 33's and 4.88 gears, my Dodge will smoke it while pulling my rockcrawler on a trailer.
