Wiring issues Please help!

Hello, Im new to forums so I hope I did this right
I have a 79 rn42 and im having some wiring issues and im wondering if any of yall have any insite.
about a week ago I noticed that my dash lights were cutting on and off, so like normal I brushed it off until it became a problem.
They stay on and work fine until about 2 days ago and now my charge light is on, my heater blower doesnt work, my dash lights are perminetlay off, and my fuel level wont read!
The weird part is that i have almost a brand new alternator and its charging well
I checked all my fuses by the kick panel on the driver side and they all look good, im thinking short to ground but i just want other opinions.
Thank you for your help!

I would start with checking ground. That's what it sounds like to me.
