Winch bumper mounting options?

Hello everyone! I am gonna make my own tube winch bumper for my 83 yota and I am wondering how you guys are mounting yours? I am gonna weld in a price of square tubing to re-enforce the front cross member. And I know I can weld the tube directly to that. But I would like to bolt it on. Can anyone put some photos up of how you did this? Or explain how many bolts and location of them I would need? Thank you!

My bumper from Northwest Trails Innovations has a flat plate, I think 3/8", that welded in between frame rails right behind the crossmember/core support. The bumper itself has a similar/same thickness plate that it bolts to. 4 bolts evenly spaced. I think they're 9/16" or possibly 3/4".
Also uses the 2 stock front bumper locations on the front and the inside edge of the front spring hanger (uses the nut and washer for the spring center pin to clamp a hook shaped piece of plate)
Solid setup in my experience. I'll try to get a pic or two tonight.
