What is my problem?

Here is the situation, I have a 1981 RV engine in my 84 pickup.

It had a really bad idle, when I could get it to idle.

I put plugs wires, cap, etc on it with no change. So I swapped the timing chain out, becuase someone suggested that.

I got it all back together today. It runs the same. I put a timing light on it and set it at 10btc

Shortly after the video was takenall it just shut off. I hit the key it cranked, hard but then fired up, I revved it to about2k, it bogged way down and died,
now it wont crank, and I cnat get it to spin, I'm fairly certain the thing locke dup, but what could have cuased it?

Put all new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button on it already. All of the old plugs came out looking ok.

Sounds like the EGR valve is stuck open.

I was referring to pulling the plugs and cranking it over, you said it didn't crank at all?

No cel, but its an 81 engine in a 84 truck with a bunch of non hooke dup wires, and vaccum lines plugged off. The guy claims it did it slowly, already changed the fuel filter aswell. Havent pulled the plugs yet to see if it'll turn over without them.

Doesnt sound like there is a knock when runing, there was a faitn rattle like the timing chain to begin with thats why I changed it out, it was still there after I changed it.
