im trying to get rid of all the emissions crap but what is the little device thats mounted parelell to the egr but it mounted on the front of the motor. and it looks almost the same... its kind of right by the water inlet on the intake....i would post a pic but i use my cell phone for the internet since i dont have a computer. but also i want to know if i can take this deal off and just plug the hole

I have no idea what motor you have, but the description sounds vaguely like the pulsed secondary air injection (PAIR) system.
