The emissions decal under the hood had a part listed VCS (vacuum control switch?) Apparently it should be mounted on the side of the carb. Is anyone familiar with this part or what it does? Asking because I don't seem to have it and I'm wondering if it's necessary or if there's a way bypass/make one? Thank you.
