Throw out bearing squeak?

Hey guys,

So just had my tranny rebuild (83’ pickup 2wd) but I removed it and brought to the shop to get rebuilt and then reinstall it with the help of my mechanic friend.

Thought everything was good to go but upon first start up i'm hearing a constant squeaking sound almost like a belt squeak or pulley squeak. I disconnected all my belts and still hear the noise. In addition when i engage the clutch the sound mostly goes away. I also cant put the car in gear when it’s idling but can put it in gear when the cars off. Also just put a new clutch kit in so everything should be brand new.

So i’m wondering if i installed my throw out bearing incorrectly or if the shifter fork the tranny shop gave me is wrong? Not sure, i’m leaning toward throw out bearing but wanted to get some other options.

If it won't go into gear while running, it means that the clutch is dragging. (Not completely disengaging)
Or possibly that the clutch pilot bearing is not turning freely. Did you replace it???

I did replace the pilot bearing but it does sound like maybe it not turning freely? Also my clutch petal doesn't have as much resistance as i feel like it should? I haven't gotten to drive the truck yet since i've owned it so don't know how it felt before.

I also did new slave and master cylinder and bled the lines and everything. But not sure if that would cause the sound i’m hearing. And not being able to get in gear while its running
