tacoma stepside bed

I've searched but have had no luck finding a pic of the tacoma stepside bed on a first gen 4x4 truck. I think it would look pretty sick! Post a link or pic if you can find one.

I wouldn't care if there is some fab work required to make it fit. I just thought that the wheel well shapes are similar and they have fender flares on them like the original bedsides. I think with alittle work they will look really cool and compliment any first gen with matching paint.

Yes the taco is wider but the bed should be able to be cutdown to match the correct width. I am currently turning a long bed 81 into a short bed. I will start a thread on it once I can finish the welding. It not as hard as everyone made it out to be.

What kinda stepside you wanting for the 84. This is one I built using sides off a old Chevy. Really easy to build.

That turned out really nice bro. I was looking at the chevy s10 non extreme step side from just looking at the two trucks next to each other I think it'll turn out better then the ranger step side and its easier to find then a taco stepside

Only thing keeping me from trying it atm is a college induced lack of funds
