im having some dificulties setting up my 85 axle.

i think i may of bent the knuckle bal while pressing in the races. just so i can rule that out can somone take some dimentions for me?

the width on mine is 4.855


the hight with races was 4.61

Pressing them in with what? I just tapped mine in with a brass drift and they slipped right in.

Why do you think you bent them? A knuckle ball is pretty thick and stout.

 

there not perfectly round. btw you may want to clean them up better that what they are.. get some sand paper and try to shine them up a little
