Sliding window latch?

So my 83 pickup is missing the latch and all related hardware for the rear sliding window. Does anyone know where to find a replacement? Or the part number I'm looking for? Also wondering if the latch off of a later model will work? Any help is appreciated thanks guys.

Mine was missing the latch too. I couldn't find a replacement, that was over 5 years ago though. I pulled the window and cut a piece of smoked Lexan and put that in,it's still in there. I'm sure something could be made to work though. There's 3 new sliding rear windows on ebay, 2 new ones, one used one.

From my '80's parts diagram, the OEM part number for the lock is 64811B and 64811C for the catch. These are discontinued items as far as I can find. Without going to Toyota dealer, I don't know of any replacement parts from other years that might work, other than trying some of the Toyota specific parts dismantler yards listed here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f120...ers-etc-221645

I used 2 pieces of wooden dowel rod cut to fit the lower track on each side of the closed sliding glass and on the upper track I put 2 home sliding door thumb screw locks. Just for extra protection as the OEM locks could be nudged open with a knife slid between the windows

I could've sworn there was a manufacture that made replacement out of aluminum. Maybe something like this?
