not sure about the grease type but the rebuild process will be the same for any 79-85 toyota axles. Here is a link to a 58MB download for an '85 Truck Service manual, you will find the seal replacement procedure there

My wheels dont wiggle, but when I replaced my manual hubs with warn manual hubs there was quite a bit of play in the axel coming through the hub. Does that sound like worn berings, or is that normal?

not normally, sounds like you screwed something up on your install (besides replacing Aisin Hubs with Warn Hubs). Depending on the mileage of your truck, how many water crossing etc it probably would be a good idea to order a front end service kit from some place
