Rebuild leaf springs?

Rebuild leaf springs?
Anyone ever rebuild the leaf springs on their 79-83 4x4 pickup? My 81 has a bad squeaking sound as the suspension is working and it's driving me crazy. There's a distinct metal to metal sound even as you stand outside and jump on a bumper making the springs bounce.
All I can figure is the squeak pads between the springs are pretty much gone after 30+ years of driving. The springs still have good arch to them and they work great...just noisy as all get out.
Can anyone give some guidance as to where items like this could even be purchased and what all would be needed to "rebuild" factory leaf springs?

You can either bring your springs to a leaf shop and have them rebuild them, or you can buy UHMW tape to put in between your leafs and buy the clips and bolts at a leaf shop and rebuild them yourself, brush and paint with new bushings.
