rear springs on front = how much lift?
I recently bought an 83 truck 4x4 and I love it, but it has the stock suspension and I loke the look of the lift on them.
I have a question, anyone that has done the rear springs to front swap and chevys in rear (I assume), does know how much lift it gives up front?
I'm planning on doing the same swap, rear to front, but rather than have chevys in rear, I would like to know if the 84-95 trucks rear spring will fit in the same space as my rear springs do right now.
I'm planning on using lift blocks in the rear. I don't see much off roading, all I waqnt is the tall truck look (love the way these trucks look).
I do once in a while some beach trips, but that's about it.
any sugestions?
thanks

everything your looking for is in here. it all comes down to what you want to do.

lift amount depends on,
leaf count
front spring hanger
shackle size.
