R1FA Help

Ok, so ran into a slight problem today... Tried to get my fill plug on the t-case loose and what would you know, it's previously been stripped. So, I'm going to do what I can to get it off, but am not sure where to begin the search for a replacement plug. Besides the dealer, is there anywhere I can find these plugs? I've searched my bolt collection with no luck. Any pointers are welcome.

I inherited that problem on my 01 T-case. Previous owners had put one of those fix it plugs in there. It has one way spring loaded barbs that go on the inside, "and don't come back out", and a threaded external plug that threads onto the inside portion.
Ya its pretty whacky. But you can get them at shucks and it works great doesn't leak, just a pain to change the fluid on the t-case because of it.

And once the threads on the case are striped a new stock plug won't work. Aluminium case/ steel plug

I know marlin sells plugs for the drains. I think they might have the same size threads, but not sure.

I guess I'll just have to take a pounding from the dealer, hooray! Also, what is the gasket/seal that covers the back of the adapter that you bolt the t-case to? The dealer had no idea what it might be called, what a parts guy, I'd guess it'd be something like the adapter oil seal or something? For clarification, I'm talking about the gasket that goes over the entire outer edge of the case. Any help is welcome. Thanks
