Pulling to the left in 4WD when off throttle

Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.

My '82 4WD is pulling left at speed while in 4WD. This only happens when I let off the gas to shift, most noticeable at higher speeds - as I do so, the car lightly pulls/drifts to the left.
Any ideas on what could be going on here? The car tracks straight otherwise, and also this does not seem to happen in 2WD.

Ok, so locking the hubs causes the behavior - doesn't matter if the transfer case is in 4wd or 2wd

brake hanging on the right maybe. our fj has traction control for 4wheel drive, and it creates this symptom on purpose to make the front open differential behave like a locker. It will grab the brake on the wheel with the least resistance to make open diff spin other tire. I'd check right hand caliper, and bearings.
