If replacing the filter and cleaning the carb didn't stop the bucking, it could be the clutch.

Clutch or fuel starvation still. (improperly tuned carb?) Possible timing problem as well bud.

the clutch is brand new, less than 100 km on it but when it starts bucking and i pull over and shut it off, i notice my float bole is empty, then i manually fill it again and its good for a while and it starts bucking again, so we will see

Sounds like fuel filter. Carb is starving, not getting enough fuel.

I would blow throught the fuel lines with an air compressor, you might have some trash in there somewhere.

have you had any carb work done to it? if the float bowl is not staying full all the time your float could be bad..... replace the float and see if it helps. if not may be time for carb rebuild. If the clutch was not new i would ahve thought of clutch slipping.... thats usually when it does it is at high gear. low fuel pressure.... its not leaking gas anywhere is it?
