Possible stuck open Cold Start Injector

Hello All, I think my 91 Toyota pickup with a 22RE engine has a stuck open cold start injector. I thought my fuel pump was failing until I did a pressure test using as the cold start injector. I connected a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel line going into the cold start injector, and had 28psi (which is about normal at idle). I revved the engine up and the pressure did not go up, should have gone to 32-35psi. As the engine warmed up, the psi started dropping to 15, then 10, then down to 0. Yes zero with the engine running. I turned the engine off and let cool for 10 minutes and started back up, and psi was at 20psi. So do I have a bad cold start injector, or a bad sensor that controls it? Thanks all...

Any of the injectors could be leaking. Also, check the fuel pressure regulator for proper operation and fuel in the vacuum line from a blown diaphragm.

I sent all of my injectors to be cleaned and rebuilt 20 years ago. The cold start injector was 30 percent plugged up.

Hello All, I thought I submitted an up to this, maybe it did not save. I ended up replacing all the vacuum lines, that did not help. I ultrasound the cold start injector, that did not help. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator (OEM brand), that actually raised the psi by 2, so helped a little. I finally moved the bed back 2 feet (8 bolts) and pulled the fuel pump (which I was told was replaced a few months before I brought the truck) and I found that the lower clamp on the rubber fuel line (the 6 inch hose that connects the pump to the metal fuel line) was loose and the rubber hose was about 25 percent pushed off the fuel pump. So it was pumping gas up the metal fuel line, but also around it, and the fuel would then drain down the line when engine not running. I thought about just putting a new clamp on, but I had a new fuel pump, so I installed the new pump. The psi test was 32psi at idle and 35psi when revving up the engine.
